SEOUL, KOREA – South Korean mobile game publisher Gamevil said Thursday that it signed a publishing contract with China's famous game publisher Chukong.

First of all, Gameivill’s hit games such as Zenonia 5 and Cartoon Wars 2 will be launched in China by Chukong. Under the contract, Gamevill can take on the Chinese mobile game market in a multi-dimensional manner while Chukong can secure the steady supply of high-quality games across the nation.

Chunkong is running CocoaChina, one of the largest iOS developer communities in China. Chunkong also launched Cocos2d-x, a cross platform open source mobile game framework that takes up 25% of the global market. Chukong’s smartphone game Fishing Joy has exceeded the 200 million mark in worldwide downloads.
